Return and Exchange Policy

General Conditions

To initiate a return, please drop an email at info@noorieshop.com and our support team will revert under 24 hours. 

• Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund. 

• All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

• All items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags. Items with no tags or labels will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable. 

• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 10-15 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

• All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method.
